Our monthly board meeting will occur on Tuesday, December 20th at 7:00 pm. If there are any issues related to River Rock that you would like to discuss with the board, please notify the River Rock office at 406-388-2863 at least 5 days in advance so we can add it to the agenda. Winter is here and, as soon as it starts snowing, we will need to have our streets as car-free as possible to allow the plowers to remove snow. Please do not park your vehicles in the street. Also, shoveling snow into the street is prohibited by the covenants of River Rock. Please shovel all snow from your driveway and sidewalk onto the lawn. Your lawn will thank you and it will prevent covenant violation fines. Please keep your sidewalk shoveled, as the sidewalks will still be used by children travelling both to and from school. |

Welcome to September!
As we begin to see the first signs of Fall, we’d like to quickly update you on the happenings in the subdivision.
AARP Montana is screening a documentary film, Gold Diggers: Investment Fraud in the Treasure State, on Tuesday, October 11th at 5:30 pm in the River Rock Community Center. It tells the stories of two of Montana’s most egregious investment schemes in recent history. A free dinner will accompany this free event. The entire community is invited.
The RRPOA will be putting our snow plow contract out for bid. Please contact the office to obtain the request for proposal if you are interested in knowing more about the process or bidding on the contract.
The approval of Covenant Interpretation CI-2011-05-IX-Architectural Controls was postposed due to edits and questions by the board. We will continue to work on the edits to prepare the document for presentation to the community.
Work has begun on the 2012 budget. This budget will be presented to the community at the Annual Meeting.

The River Rock Water and Sewer District is proposing a Wastewater Treatment Plant Project that will have cost approximately $4,200,000. There will be a Public Meeting on August, 18th 2011.
